Accepts reports of child abuse, neglect and exploitation of disabled adults.  The report is then referred to a local office for investigation.  There are three ways to file an abuse report:  (1) Talk to a counselor, (2) Fax a written report with all information including information on the person filing report, (3) Leave Voice Mail of report to include name of person reporting and number where you can be reached.  Also takes reports from anonymous callers.
