Youth Emergency Services (Y.E.S.)  954-677-3113 option 3

The YES team is available 24/7 to provide mobile crisis intervention, support, counseling, linkage and referral.

Alternative to Residential Treatment (A.R.T.)

Provides individualized, intensive services to severely emotionally disturbed children and families in their home by a team that includes a case manager, therapist, behavior tech, parent advocate, psychiatrist and natural supports, available on-call 24 hours, 7 days.

Bridge Project

Provides a continuum of care ranging from outpatient services to inpatient hospitalization for adolescents with co-occurring disorder through a collaborative between Henderson Mental Health Center, Memorial Healthcare System, the Starting Place and Spectrum Programs, available on-call 24 hours, 7 days.

Connections Youth Case Management

Case Management for children up to the age of 18 or 21, if enrolled in school, who are experiencing behavioral health problems and/or at risk of out of home placement.  Case managers utilize the best practice support and planning model known as Wraparound.

Family Counseling Program

Offers 6-8 weeks of brief, solution-focused individual, family and group therapy to school children 2-17 years provided in the office, home or school, based on the needs of the clients.

Family Intervention Team

Offers 16 weeks of home-based intervention to families with children 0-18 years (who are referred by Child Net or BSO) to preserve the family unit through individual and family therapy.

Family Resource Team

Provides linkage and referral for families who are designated at-risk of abuse/neglect by BSO and require behavioral health intervention to keep the family intact.

Medical Services

Psychiatric and nursing services to children 0-18 years.

M.S.T.  (Multi-Systemic Therapy)

Offers intensive 4-6 month, home-based therapy for children 10-18 years with behavioral and legal issues and their families.

Outpatient Services

Provides office, home and school-based counseling (12 sessions) for children 2-18 years including individual, family and group therapy, and parenting classes.

Overlay Program

Provides solution focused individual and family therapy (average 6 months) for children 0-18 years who are in foster care or at risk of removal from the home.

Placement Partnership Program

Prevents disruption of foster care youths’ placement and assists with their re-entry into the community from psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers and detention centers. 

Project Connect

Provides intensive reunification services to families whose children have been removed from the home due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment and who have a case plan goal of Reunification.  This may include child’s return to the parent(s) or other primary caretaker(s) from whom the child was removed or the achievement of permanency through placement with a relative.

Residential (Charlee House and Henderson House)

Provides foster care residential services for male adolescents 11-17 years.

Start Program

16 week in home substance abuse therapy program for adolescents and their families.  Services include individual, family and group counseling as well as drug testing.  The program utilizes the best practice model of Motivational Interviewing.
