In-Home Parents As Teachers Program (PAT)

Behavioral parent-training program which includes family education and support for children 0-5 years.

Mental Health Center

Serves children 5-18 years.

Preschool Education & Developmental Training

Full day, year-round instructional curriculum offers activities and therapies to facilitate growth for children with and without special needs.  Developmental preschool for children 0-5 years. Classroom structure includes individual and small group active and passive activities and multi-sensory learning opportunities.  Extended care available between 8:00AM-9:00AM and 3:00PM-6:00PM.

Rehabilitation Therapy (OT, PT, Speech)

Provides education, screenings, evaluations and treatment for speech language, feeding, and fine and gross motor skills.

Respite Care

Offers families the opportunity to attend to other responsibilities while arrangements are made for their child or adult to attend day programs or stay overnight in a residential setting.  Specialized in-home respite services for children are available.

Specialized After-School Program for Children (ABLE)

Provides behavior intervention for children 6-21 years who are unable to stay at home after school without        significant family disruption and who cannot participate in other programs due to behavior issues.

Summer Camps

Kamp Krayola - for children 3-14 years with behavioral challenges.

Transitional Services - Youth Links

Provides individual advocacy services to targeted students and their families.  Includes IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and its legal and practical implications for parents, the active participation of “Transition Advocates” at IEP meetings for students, and mediation of grievances against public or private providers when rights have been violated.

Provides and supports quality relationships between children 6-18 years and caring trained adult mentors. Offers school-based mentoring, one-to-one program, corporate partnerships, recreational activities and community service.

Bigs in Schools

Mentoring by volunteers for students 6-18 years, one hour per week at their school or other site in the community, during school hours or after school. Designed to improve academics, school attendance and increase social interaction.

Programs include pediatric skilled nursing facility, group homes for infants, children and young adults with special needs, licensed home health care, PPEC (medical daycare), developmental preschools for special needs and typically developing children, in-home and facility-based respite care, social services/counseling, education for children who are medically complex, medical transportation, physical, occupational & speech/language therapy, before & after-school programs, facility-based primary medical care, and Kids Klinic mobile service for on-site immunizations and physicals at preschools and day care centers. Primary pediatric clinic accessible evenings and Saturdays for children under 18 years.
